From Aspiring Model To Murderer To Folk Hero

The heartening story of Terry Broome

When Giorgio Rotti woke up on June 26, 1984, his fiancee Terry Broome confessed him she had killed a man. It happened early in the morning, and she used his gun to do it. Now he had to help her escape from Italy.

Terry and Giorgio left as soon as possible from the residence in Milan where he stayed and headed to Linate airport. From there, they took the first flight to Switzerland and settled in a small guesthouse in Zurich.

Those who went into that environment saw girls like Terry as disposable commodities. After all, everything in their world had a price. You just needed to pay.

Francesco D’Alessio was a forty-year-old playboy, the son of a rich horse breeder. He and Terry met in the villa of a mutual friend, Carlo Cabassi. At the time…
