What you should do when the challenge ends.

Instead of heading for the donuts when the challenge ends or diving head first into a mountain of gooey cheesecake, take a minute.

Set the kettle, grind the beans. Or steep the tea or lemon the water or do whatever it is you do.

Then grab a notebook and get real quiet. Ask yourself, “what did I learn?”

Get curious.

How are you different? What beliefs no longer line up with who you want to be? What behaviors do you keep, amputate, or improve?

Be still. Let the answers come. Don’t force it.
